Founder & Managing Principal
Nate Chambers is the Founder and Managing Principal of Commonwealth Standard Holdings. Since launching the firm in 2017, he has led its growth through a disciplined, hands-on approach to acquiring, developing, and managing opportunistic real estate assets.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Nate founded CS Holdings after recognizing strong growth potential in Southeastern markets, particularly during periods of market disruption. Today, he leads strategic acquisitions, value creation, and portfolio growth through active asset management and market-driven investment decisions.
